                        Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1.      The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2014 applications for        

           Classification under M.G.L. Chapter 61A or 61B

Walpole Country Club (61B) Granted for one parcel

Sharon Fish & Game Club, Inc. (61B) Granted for seven parcels

Spring Valley Country Club (61B) Granted for two parcels

Ward Family LLC (61A) Granted for two parcels

Sharon CFII, LP (61A) Granted for four parcels

G. & G. Steinberg (61A) Granted for one parcel

J. & G. Mazzotta (61A) Granted for three parcels

4.      The Board granted Fiscal Year 2009 Personal Property abatement in final 

                       settlement of their appeal .

5.       The Board discussed new Bureau of Local Assessment requirements for

certification.

6.       The Board reviewed and then approved a proposed budget for Fiscal Year

2014.
